Today was about as nice as gets when it comes to tarpon fishing here in Fort Lauderdale. I picked up Jaremy and Matt at 2 PM on Fort Lauderdale Beach to find some tarpon. It did not take too long to find the tarpon although they took there sweet time to decide to eat. After about an hour of watching a tarpon roll from time to time we finally got our first hit. The tarpon startled Jaremy and the fish got tight a little to quickly the second strike and Jaremy did a masterful job at hooking and fighting his tarpon.

After jumping about six more tarpon Jaremy got another and his brother Matt also landed a nice fish.

As the wind blew 20 we stayed in and had a great time inshore light tackle fishing
