Dr. D ( Joe ) was down in Fort Lauderdale with his daughter for her spring break. He fished with me a number of times in the last few years and has had a lucky streak. His streak was in jeopardy this time as the tarpon were very finicky. The three of us sat out in the wind and cold for about four hours with tarpon all around the boat but they would not eat.
Joe did a great job waiting the fish out and was able to take advantage of the one fish that decided to eat.
